As part of the MeLLANGE project, we will collect as many translations as possible from both students and professionals. These will be collated as a corpus, which can be thought of as a searchable database of texts. The corpus will enable students and teachers to compare translations, in order to identify successful and unsuccessful translation strategies. This will make an innovative contribution to translator training.

You can help us to do this by translating one or more of the source texts that we have provided. For the purpose of this project, you are free to choose your preferred source language and target language.

In order to submit your translation, you will need to create an account on our website. You only need to do this once.

Then, whenever you enter the site, we will give you a form on which to provide information about your translation and submit the translated file. We will add your translation to the corpus anonymously.
